Pick Pockets!!!
I purchased seven bras on Friday, January 27th, 2023 and I wore one of them over the weekend and it was "simply horrible" because of the way it was made. The Style was an Enbliss Wireless Bra which has a two-tiered construction. The cup of the bra is "separate" from the elastic band which made the bra "rise up" which makes the bra "useless" in coverage of your person. Unfortunately, I paid via check for this merchandise ($269.48) and I returned all of the bras promptly the following Monday, January 30th, 2023 (3 days later) to their store in Lenexa, Kansas, to which I was told although they already have the returned bras, that I would not receive a refund of my money for them until 30 days and it would be mailed out to me from their Corporate Office in Ft. Myers, Florida, although the check had not even left the business location that I wrote out that day yet and they could have just given it back to me (but they did not) and I could have simply "voided it" and my account would not be touched since they already had the bras back. This is simply unacceptable because I got "a long song and dance excuse" when I called their Corporate Office Line on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 about the reasoning for having to wait so long on this transaction to which the Customer Service Person (a female) that I talked to was "very condescending" saying, "I am surprised that they even accept checks there and people should not even write checks." And besides, "There is nothing you can do about it anyway, because the money will be debited from your account." I responded back to her by saying, "Excuse me, what do you mean? I write checks all the time." She said, "Well, have you not ever had a problem like this before?" I responded "No, never." The bottom line is, they want to collect their money as soon as possible, but they want you to have to wait 30 days for the return of yours. Their Refund Policy is "totally stupid and unacceptable" and they "hold your money hostage" while you wait to receive your money back although they already have their items/merchandise back. It should actually only take 7 to 10 days like other businesses. It remains to be seen if I even get my money back. I was not optimistic, but I fixed my own problem by stopping payment on my check!!! It was simply ludicrous for them to take the money I had already paid out of my account because they already had the bras back and they were credited on the same day I returned them on the date as stated above. I was told they would withdraw the money and cut a check in the same amount tendered and mail it to me. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this business. They are definitely rip-off artists of your money and conduct "bad business practices" and they need to catch up to/with the current times and conduct refunds "electronically," so customers do not have to wait so long to receive their own money back. There is no rhyme or reason for any transaction to take 30 days to be processed for the return of a customer's money. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND NOT IN GOOD FAITH! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR BUSINESS! YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED IN EVERY WAY! BY THE WAY, I DO NOT THINK THERE IS ANY WAY THEY CAN "IMPROVE THEIR ABHORRENT PRACTICES," BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO. IF THEY DID, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE SO BY NOW.
